Project: Myths Vs Facts

Myth: A Project has a Start Date and End Date
Fact:  The definitions of Start Date and End Date are Pretty unclear when it comes to Project. They should not be taken literally but should be viewed as non-mandatory attributes of the entity Project. A leader projects the date of the Project as start and end. But  the project might never kick off.. On the other hand, the bioscope of the Project combined with the missing attribute of Quality will ensure that the Project goes on for ever..in which case End Date is a ever stretching milestone....

Myth: Start Date comes before the End Date.
Fact: Only in reverse alphabetical order..

Myth: We start on a Start Date.
Fact: Whenever we start that Day becomes Start Date.

Myth: We end on a End Date
Fact:  End Date reaches us.

Myth: Tasks are Delayed
Fact: Tasks are poorly laid or derailed.

Myth: PM Tools helps to track the projects
Fact: PM Tools are good expense
